TNV Lawyers was established by Emilia Teti. Emilia holds a Bachelor of Law, a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Labour Relations Law from the University of Melbourne. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Melbourne Business School.
Emilia has over 20 years experience working exclusively in personal injury law. She started her career working for a large insurer and later a law firm representing big corporations and government. She went on to spend 6 years working for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) as a senior legal counsel and managed a team of 17 lawyers.
Having worked for “the other side”, in the years that followed she began using her in depth knowledge of the TAC and worker’s compensation schemes to fight for everyday people. In 2014 she was made a partner of one of Victoria’s leading compensation law practices and until November 2018 Emilia was a principal lawyer at Australia’s largest personal injury firm.
Emilia is passionate about obtaining excellent results for her clients. She is empathetic, down to earth and will provide you with the no nonsense advice you need.
Emilia is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
